At 3 rings per bag for $1, it's quite a steal. If you buy one ring individually at Target they're like .79 each.

Another thing to keep in mind at the dollar stores…questionable brand names. I'd rather pay $1 for Kraft Mac & Cheese at the regular grocery store than $1 for 5 packs of the no-name, scary-looking mac 🙂
