It’s weird that I’m seeing this today and I needed it today. Missing you terribly right now. Just got done with Family Camp and even though I have been doing it for many years, there was a void this year without you guys. And you were only here for 4 days! Still, a void. We have always been there for each other and we always will be. I read your THESIS!!! I read that thing! That’s love. But it was awesome, so that helped, otherwise I don’t know how I would have handled it. 🙂 Proud to call you MY person. Forevs. BFFL

1. “It’s hard to explain camp life to someone who has never experienced it.” I never understood your life until we went up there last year. Even though I brought a suitcase full of books to work on my thesis, I got to experience everything, and so did the girls. It also didn’t hurt that I got to spend a week with you.
2. “Your tribe is the people who love and accept you for everything you are. They support through the rough times, and toast the good ones (with bug juice). They stand up when you are being bullied, awarded or married. Your tribe is there when you need them, no matter where they are, no matter how many years have passed, forever.” I don’t think this one needs any more explanation. Meredith Grey thinks she had her “person.” That’s fiction. You are real life, and YOU are MY person. Period. End of story.
