Surely a lot of the judging is just imagined. I mean, receiving a judgmental comment is more memorable than receiving an agreeable one, and people making snarky remarks at you in public can hurt, but it can't be true that every mother everywhere is judging every other mother for everything.

Maybe some Zen meditation might help.
